players bring hockey sticks, clean indoor running shoes, gloves, and a water bottle
NO WINTER BOOTS PLEASE
skates are optional at the discretion of the team. while skates are optional, we do not recommend them for team building events or parties
a signed waiver is required for all players
helmets are mandatory for players 8 & under. helmets are mandatory for players in skates.
sticks are available to borrow or rent if required
for events 90-minutes and up you are welcome to bring in outside food & non-alcoholic beverages. please remember plates, napkins & cutlery if needed, and help tidy up when you are done
we are licensed to serve alcohol. outside alcohol is not permitted.
** no food for a 1-hour practice please **
the number 1 rule: have Fun. but make no mistake -this is skill & players development
we do not staff the lanes, or supervise children. this is more important for children under 7 - coaches & parents, get in those lanes & have Fun too!
training is available at an additional cost
