Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping things fair for all players and groups who book with us. Here’s how our cancellation and rescheduling policy works for all group event bookings.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Rescheduling an event (date and time changes)

Need to adjust your date or time? No problem – here’s how it works:

  • More than 2-weeks before the event
    we’re happy to help you move your event to a new date or time (based on availability)
    No fee applies.
  • Within 2-weeks of the event
    a 25% rescheduling fee will apply

Cancelling an event

  • More than 2-weeks before the event
    you’ll receive a refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 2-weeks of the event
    a refund is not available.

No-Show Policy

If you don’t arrive for your scheduled event and haven’t contacted us ahead of time, the full booking amount is non‑refundable.

If Overtime must make a change

Very rarely, unexpected issues (like facility problems, power outages, or other force‑majeure situations) may force us to cancel or postpone an event. If that happens:

  • you’ll receive a full refund or a credit toward a future booking – your choice
  • we’ll notify you as soon as possible
  • and we’ll help you rebook if you’d like
